First dye release was Wednesday-Thursday 23-24 September, just south of the Imperial Beach pier. Release #2 was Thursday-Friday 8-9 October just north Imperial Beach. Release #3 was Monday-Tuesday 12-13 October near the mouth of the Tijuana Estuary.
